Description

In the future, crime has risen to unheard of levels. The methods of the criminals have become more and more destructive and violent. Soon, old law enforcement methods have become obsolete and more effective deterrents must be used. In comes the TAC-X1 Alpha. The X1 is a new kind of armored assault vehicle. Bipedal and fully armored the X1 can take a beating that would put an Abrams tank out of commission. That plus a full weapons armament including, chain guns, flame-throwers, concussion missiles, mines and many other military level weapons makes the X1 the most lethal machine ever to come down the pipe. Now you, the player can climb into the drivers seat.

In Future Cop: L.A.P.D., players assume the role of a X1 pilot in the urban jungle of L.A. They must traverse the entirety of their patrol route engaging and destroying all hostiles. This isn't as easy
as it might sound. L.A. is all but controlled by crime lords, immensely powerful gang lords with thousands of mindless cronies, all willing to die to fulfill their bosses orders. They are armed to the teeth and are more than able to give the X1 a run for it's money. So strap yourself in, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.
